STORY SO FAR
Peter Greeves began his art career as a student at the Leith School of Art in 2005, specialising in drawing and painting. He went on to study animation at the Edinburgh College of Art, graduating in 2010 with a BA (Hons). His degree film Noel, a short animated documentary about the jockey Noel Riddle in 1960/70s Zimbabwe featured at the Animated Encounters festival later that year in the Emerging Talent category.
Since graduating Peter took part in the TRC Media 2010 Gen Up Scotland Progamme, a training initiative for emerging digital talent. Over a period of five weeks Peter took part in workshops and talks from leading industry practitioners about the digital media landscape. The programme included immersion weeks at BBC Scotland and Channel 4, plus an internship at Red Kite Animation studio in Edinburgh.
Peter has worked in the games industry since 2011 as a Games Artist. His work can be seen in a number of titles from his time at Dynamo Games which include; Outpost Defence, Tracer Cities, Bafta nominated Golf Squared and The Crytal Maze and most recently Road to Fame, SAS Zombie Assault 4 and Bloons Monkey City from his time at Ninja Kiwi where he currently works.
In his spare time Peter is currently working as a character designer and animator for the forthcoming film Toonocalypse due for release in summer 2015.
